Jennifer Craighead Carey, managing partner and Crisis Management Service Team Chair at Barley Snyder, focuses on labor law, employment law, and school law. Often practicing before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Jennifer handles employment law cases in both state and federal courts. She also counsels and litigates for administrative agencies across the US, focusing on and handling discrimination cases and claims. She actively provides workplace training to prevent harassment and improve diversity initiatives, in addition to counseling and investigation services for employers. Jennifer has been recognized by Savoy as an influential Black corporate director, as well as in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers for every year since 2010.
