    Role Overview: Attollo Prep is seeking a dynamic Creative to join our team. This individual will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visual representation of our programs, capturing impactful moments, telling our stories, and contributing to the overall success of our mission to build a pipeline of diverse leaders in Lancaster.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and support the creation of design materials for program promotion, events, and outreach

    • Develop and maintain a library of high-quality photographs showcasing the experiences of Attollo scholars

    • Collaborate with the internal teams to align visual content with programmatic goals

    • Design and produce multimedia presentations for internal and external purposes

    • Attend and capture key moments during programs, events, college tours, and more

    • Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements and on all platforms.

    • Stay updated on design trends and photography techniques

    • Collaborate and mentor students involved with the Creative Team’s projects

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, a related field, or equivalent experience

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Canva, and/or other design tools

    • Experience with camera/photography hardware is preferred

    • Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    • Reliable transportation

    Role Overview: The Attollo 12th Grade Programs Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting the Chief Programs Officer (CPO) to create an enriching and engaging experience for all our scholars that promotes youth development, exposes scholars to colleges and careers, and sets them up for success after graduation. The mission? To build a pipeline of diverse leaders in Lancaster centered on self-empowerment, academic excellence, and community uplift.

    12th Grade Coordinator Specific Responsibilities:

    • Participate in the Attollo Recruit 6-week onboarding process

    • Lead 12th grade programming including application workshops, affinity clubs, an exclusive retreat, and more.

    • Lead Ivy+: A 4 week program for high achieving students.

    • Coordinate senior celebrations (Decision Days, Graduations, etc.)

    • Provide year round 1:1 college support for senior scholars

    General Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and approve program expenditures and maintain records pertaining to program activities

    • Assist the Chief Programs Officer with their programmatic tasks and duties

    • Purchase or approve equipment and supplies needed by the staff and program

    • Check in with the program’s staff and support growth and program development through regular check-ins with Attollo Mentors and College Access Fellows

    • Schedule program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate the activities of the program, and set priorities for managing the program

    • Develop, manage, and report on qualitative and quantitative evaluation structures for programs

    • Cultivate and develop inclusive and equitable working relationships with students, staff, families, and community partners

    • Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.)

    • Keep all members of the team up-to-date with relevant project information

    • Organize program materials in Attollo Drive

    • Represent the organization at various community and/or business meetings, committees, and task-forces; promote existing and new programs and/or policies

    Qualifications:

    • College graduate, B.Ed. or equivalent experience

    • Experience with the college application process

    • Experience with program development

    • Experience in and/or demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity, access, inclusion, and wellbeing

    • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and to adapt to changing priorities

    • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

    • Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication (written/verbal) skills

    • Experience working within the secondary and/or postsecondary education systems

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    • Proficient with Google Suite, Canva (preferable)

    • Reliable transportation

    Role Overview: The Attollo Summer Administration Intern will primarily work under the Administrative & Finance Officer (AFO) and the Chief Programs Officer (CPO) to ensure that day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly as well as assist with financial duties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with AFO to ensure general office systems run smoothly

    • Collaborate with AFO in managing summer program budgets

    • Maintain front desk and greet visitors

    • Run errands for general office upkeep

    • Other duties, as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Highly organized

    • Self-starter

    • Excellent communicator

    • Rising junior or senior in college

    • 3.0 GPA or higher

    • Strong Research and writing skills

This person may be asked to work closely with other teams within the organization.

    • Support CEO through business development and community partnerships

    • Research and assist with grant applications

    • Assist with QuickBooks management

    • Bookkeeping responsibilites

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Summer programming covers a wide range of interests and specializations, including, but not limited to: personal statement editing, college tour support, group workouts at TreadHouse, and personalized one-on-one support for our scholars as they transition into their senior year of high school.

    Responsibilities:

    • General program support

    • Planning and executing programming

    • Facilitating large group discussions

    • College tours support

    • Scholar Mentorship

    • Create intentional moments for scholars

    Qualifications:

    • Rising junior or senior in college
