Attollo Prep Launches Spring 2025 Programs!

Spring is always an exciting time at Attollo, as Attollo provides our career exploration programs for our 11th grade scholars! This spring, scholars have the opportunity to participate in the following Attollo programs:

Spring 1 Program Overviews

Attollo SAT: Our most popular spring program, SAT Prep occurs during two cycles to ensure that we can accommodate as many Attollo scholars as possible as they prepare for the SAT exam. This program has the main objective of ensuring that our scholars’ SAT scores are at least above 1000 and that their scores increase by at least 100 points from their base scores. We achieve this goal by offering a program that provides subject tutoring, test strategy tutoring, and practice exams. We understand that for many scholars to attend the schools of their dreams, a high SAT score is essential.

Attollo Studios: Studios is an 8-week graphic design and branding course led by Attollo’s marketing team. Through this opportunity, our scholars learn valuable skills related to marketing, branding, designing apparel, website design, and more. A mixed instruction model of presentations and hands-on sessions ensures that our scholars have an enriching, creative experience.

Attollo Pre-Law: Attollo Pre-Law educates students on the importance of understanding the legal system so that they may become active and engaged citizens in their communities. Spanning 8 weeks, this program teaches students the fundamentals of law in the United States, while also introducing them to various careers in the legal field. The program culminates in a mock trial, through which scholars learn valuable skills such as debating, reviewing court briefs, critical thinking, etc.

Spring 2 Program Overviews

Attollo Medicine: A-Med works to empower scholars from diverse backgrounds in their pursuit of medical careers. Our scholars connect with different clinicians every week from varied medical fields, gain hands-on clinical experience, learn how to write medical research proposals, and develop an overall skill that will prepare them to apply to pre-med and medical programs.

Attollo Code: Designed for our scholars who have an interest in entering the computer science or engineering fields, our Attollo Code program increases access and exposure to the STEM field for a diverse group of students, regardless of previous experience. Scholars begin learning coding languages such as Python, Java, and C, and apply these languages to computer programming.

Attollo Startup: Attollo’s primary innovation and entrepreneurship program for our scholars, StartUp teaches our scholars how to be creative, critical, and innovative thinkers who solve real community problems. The program incorporates workshops, presentations from Lancaster entrepreneurs, and hands-on activities to give our scholars the most rewarding and enriching experience. Scholars also work in teams to create business pitches. The program culminates in a pitch event, where scholars present their proposals to a panel of judges for the chance to win $5000 towards their projects.

Attollo Voices: Voices is an empowering program that teaches our scholars to tell their stories in a powerful way. It especially segues into college application season, where scholars write thoughtful personal statements. Through this program, our scholars practice creative writing and creative performance skills. Such instruction boosts their confidence and engages them in meaningful self reflection.

2025 Affinity Groups

In addition to career exploration programs, Attollo is launching two affinity groups for students alongside EE Club: LatinXcellence and BLACK! We're so excited to work and learn with our brilliant scholars this spring!
