Attollo’s Latest Cohort Reaches New Heights

Attollo’s newest recruits have reached an incredible milestone: completing their Final Interviews with determination, resilience, and pride. Over 120 high school students representing schools across Lancaster County—Manheim Township, Manheim Central, Lancaster Catholic, Ephrata, Penn Manor, and Warwick—have dedicated themselves to living out the six pillars of Attollo: Strong Mind, Competition, Resiliency, Accountability, Sacrifice, and Finish Strong. These final interviews were the ultimate challenge, requiring recruits to demonstrate grit, knowledge, and commitment, culminating in solving the Rubik’s Cube in under 90 seconds.

Thank You to Our Interview Team

We extend our deepest gratitude to the team of interviewers who volunteered their time to make this process impactful for our recruits. Their encouragement and thoughtful feedback empowered students to confidently display how they have embraced Attollo’s core principles. Through one-on-one conversations and group assessments, interviewers created opportunities for every student to shine, showcasing their resilience, understanding, and growth.

Building a Community of Support

This year’s Final Interviews were a celebration of community and collaboration, with students drawing strength from each other and the broader Attollo network. The participation of recruits from Manheim Township, Manheim Central, Lancaster Catholic, Ephrata, Penn Manor, and Warwick exemplifies the unity and support fostered by the Attollo program. These shared experiences and friendships have inspired recruits to push each other toward excellence, proving that success is strongest when built together.

A Journey of Growth and Determination

Attollo’s final interview process is more than an assessment—it’s a celebration of each recruit’s growth. Over recent months, these students have embraced Attollo’s six pillars—Strong Mind, Competition, Resiliency, Accountability, Sacrifice, and Finish Strong—developing the skills and mindsets essential for future success. Through the program, they’ve faced challenges, gained new perspectives, and built resilience that extends beyond the classroom.

A highlight of the final interview is the Rubik’s Cube challenge, where each recruit tackles the cube in under 90 seconds. This symbolic task underscores the problem-solving, focus, and perseverance Attollo cultivates. This year’s cohort rose to the challenge, embodying the Attollo spirit of “finishing strong” and taking pride in every achievement.
