Attollo Recruits Finish Strong in Final Interviews
Attollo’s latest cohort of recruits has reached an exciting milestone, completing their Final Interviews with determination, resilience, and pride. Sixty-one high school students from schools across Lancaster County—Conestoga Valley, Elizabethtown, Lancaster Mennonite, Hempfield, and McCaskey—have dedicated themselves to embodying the six pillars of Attollo: Strong Mind, Competition, Resiliency, Accountability, Sacrifice, and Finish Strong. This final challenge showcased their knowledge, grit, and commitment to self-growth, with each recruit facing the ultimate test: solving the Rubik’s Cube in under 90 seconds.
We are incredibly grateful to the team of interviewers who dedicated their weeknights to making these final interviews impactful for our recruits. Their encouragement and support played a crucial role in helping each student confidently demonstrate how they have internalized Attollo’s core principles. From one-on-one conversations to group assessments, our interviewers ensured that each recruit had the opportunity to showcase their understanding, resilience, and growth.
Building a Community of Support
This year’s Final Interviews have been a celebration of community and collaboration, with recruits drawing support from each other and the greater Attollo network. The participation of students from schools across Lancaster County is a powerful reminder of the strength and unity fostered through the Attollo program. Friendships, shared experiences, and the collective pursuit of success have created an environment where students push each other to excel, proving that success is stronger when built together.

A Journey of Growth and Determination
Attollo’s final interview process is more than an assessment—it’s a celebration of each recruit’s growth. Over recent months, these students have embraced Attollo’s six pillars—Strong Mind, Competition, Resiliency, Accountability, Sacrifice, and Finish Strong—developing the skills and mindsets essential for future success. Through the program, they’ve faced challenges, gained new perspectives, and built resilience that extends beyond the classroom.
A highlight of the final interview is the Rubik’s Cube challenge, where each recruit tackles the cube in under 90 seconds. This symbolic task underscores the problem-solving, focus, and perseverance Attollo cultivates. This year’s cohort rose to the challenge, embodying the Attollo spirit of “finishing strong” and taking pride in every achievement.
